Kids Reiki Share 1

Kid Reiki 1 is hosted at Life Dimensions Council Bluffs on Saturday June 21st from 9am – 12pm . This 3 hour class (parent or guardian needs to be present during the whole class) is for kids from ages of 5-12.

Children regularly face many daily challenges. Kid Reiki is amazing for stress reduction and relaxation. It literally gives them the power to help themselves especially those children who are sensitive to energy and the world around them. This calming practice of Reiki can benefit children by promoting relaxation and confidence. Learning Reiki could help them learn to self-regulate, to soothe, to relax and to care for their own physical and emotional well-being. We know that reducing stress allows the body more resilience and therefore promotes wellness.

Children often have the ability to pick up the energy of their parents. If the parent is stressed, angry or having a hard day, children can absorb this energy. Therefore this class serves both children and parents alike. Each child will receive a Kid Reiki manual to take home leaving them feeling confident they can practice long after the class.

Cost: $44.00 for the first child of a family and $22.00 for each additional child.
