Blessings of the Heart

A heart opening and healing workshop for two. Enjoy the evening with a friend, spouse or relative as we explore, feel into and open the center of the seat of Love in preparation for healing with painting, aromatherapy, Reiki, rhythmic transformational breathwork and massage. Participate and witness the ignition to your inner healing powers that de-armor and release the heart. Facilitate and collaborate in this releasing experience creatively designed to feel, open and breathe through your heart’s armor. Come heal and have fun with and from your heartspace!

Where: Life Dimensions, 427 E. Kanesville Blvd. Ste 100, Council Bluffs, IA 51503
When: February 17th 5pm til 8pm
Attire: Layered comfy clothing you feel comfortable painting in.
Items to Bring: We’ll set up an altar, feel free to bring crystals, stones and/or symbolic items to be cleansed or recharged during this gathering of love.
Cost/Payment: $100/2 person group, please pre-pay via Venmo to @LifeDimensionsCB by no later than Feb 14th.

Schedule

5:00om – Arrive and settle in.
5:30pm – Gathering begins.
7:30pm – Sealing of our session. Time for grounding and enjoyment of snacks and tea.
8:00pm – Session closing and blessing.
