New Year’s Meditation and Breathwork Practice with Tricia and Ilona
Join us on January 1st to start your new year with intention. We’ll meet for 25 minute guided meditation/breathwork sessions between 2pm and 4pm on January 1st. Join us for one or all of the sessions and start your new year in a symbolic way.

5 minutes will be included between sessions to allow for departure or arrival of students. Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before our sessions start.
