New Year’s Day Group Meditation (online)
Join Ilona Holland and Tricia Custer in starting the new year with mindful intention. We’ll be hosting an online group meditation on January 1st at 9am for 30 minutes of silent group meditation in which we’ll set intentions to approach the rest of the year with mindfulness and grace.
