November Reiki Share and Sound Journey

As autumn deepens and the natural world turns inward—trees shedding their leaves, animals retreating into hibernation—this too reflects back the invitation to pause, slow down, and tend to the parts of ourselves that often remain hidden. This November, our Reiki Share will be a time to step inside Life Dimensions, gather in a space of unconditional love, and nurture the tender places within that quietly ask for attention.

Reiki Share is always a special gathering for us at Life Dimensions—a circle where acceptance, understanding, and universal love flow freely. For many, moments like these are rare: time set aside to rekindle being seen, supported, and gently guided back to the wholeness within. Whether you are a seasoned Reiki practitioner or simply curious to experience Reiki for the first time, you are warmly welcome.

During the evening, we will share all about Reiki and have time for discussion with one another. We allow the energy of this gathering to flow where it is most needed—softening what feels heavy, nourishing what feels bare, and awakening the quiet strength already within us.

Following Reiki Share, we will be led into a guided meditation and sound bowl experience with Shri Noordam, deepening our sense of restoration. The evening will close with a unique opportunity to receive grounding Reiki inside the cocoon-like comfort of our massage rooms, giving the body, mind, and soul a sanctuary to rest and renew.

• Nourishing seasonal snacks, tea, and water will be provided. For those who do not need to leave promptly at 9:00, we invite you to linger and continue gathering in community afterward.

• This is a FREE or donation-based event, rooted in the spirit of giving and receiving. We also encourage you to bring a small item for our altar—a symbol of your journey or intention—that you may take back with you at the end of the evening.
• Any other supportive nourishing materials that you wish to share with the group are lovingly received.

This is an evening to remember that, just like nature, we too have seasons. Sometimes we blossom, sometimes we release, and sometimes we hibernate. All are sacred, all are necessary, and all are welcome here.
