Intro to Reiki for Adults

By the end of this class students will:

• Understand what Reiki is and learn about its origins
• Learn the basic principles and benefits of Reiki
• Experience a guided Reiki meditation
• Practice basic hand positions for self-healing
• Explore how Reiki can be integrated into daily life
