DESCRIPTION:Join us at Life Dimensions as we participate again the Mindfulness Outreach Initiative’s annual Omaha Meditates event. Throughout the day on January 1st you’ll be able to join in and practice meditation with others either online or in-person with different meditation groups and practitioners all over Omaha. You can check out the full schedule for the day at http://omahameditates.org/hosted-events ( http://omahameditates.org/hosted-events ).\n \nLife Dimensions will be hosting an event in our warm and welcoming studio space from 4pm-5pm, with 4 10-minute meditation sessions to choose from at 4:00, 4:15, 4:30, and 4:45. This free event is great for novices and experienced practitioners. If you’re already meditating this is a great chance to make connections with other practitioners and participate in the broader meditation community here in our area. If you’re a novice or have been curious about meditation, this is also a great opportunity to dip your toe in the water and connect with others who share your curiosity!\nDoors will open at about 3:45 to give us time to get set for our first sit together, we hope to see you there!\nIf you’re coming to one of the later sessions, please feel free to come in and quietly wait in our lobby area until the current session is complete!\n
